Store Detectives (SDs) are employed to prevent and detect internal and external theft.

Working covertly, and often as part of the security team, store detectives pro-actively operate on the sales floor.

Advance Security store detectives are:

• Skilled in the detection of refund fraud
• Fully conversant with till procedures
• Work with our customers to identify areas of loss
• Can serve civil recovery suits and have an impressive track record in this area
• Undertake a five day training course prior to being deployed
• Receive ongoing coaching and reinforcement training
